EVENT -
In the week build up to Light Night - the city will become a canvas via the use of photon bombing artworks around the city.
Photon Bombing is the use of a projector from a static position or from a moving vehicle.
On the 12TH from the strike of 9 O Clock, the Civic Hall will become illuminated with moving image, the stories, myths and legends which have been submitted by you and collected from conversations with the public.
